1:20 Watching your live duels are fun, it's a good way to learn how to play yugioh and improves yourself as a duelist. Watching your test hands are great you show off the best combos and helps me learn how to play other decks though I'm struggling with darklords but I'll get there. Watching your deck profiles is always fun, you are and always will be my go to YuGituber for deck profiles

0:17 Ritual Harpies? Oh my god! Imagine! Gishki Shōkan!!!! LOL. 2:20 This is why I hate harpie dancer. She does nothing. Absolutely nothing. You can only conduct 1 normal summon so youre going to normal summon perfumer, search egotist, and special summon harpie lady from deck. This leaves you with 2 monster in your hand that cant be summoned. Statue and Dancer. Statue is alright. I'd probably go into Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty and special summon it from the hand but Dancer! Ugh. She could have been a better card that you could have drawn into, so your hand test here is telling you to cut Dancer out because she didn't do anything for you but take up a card slot in hand. 4:02 Be VERY careful setting Feather Storm. Once its set, you can NOT activate it. Thats it. Ive learned that the hard way.Trust me. Its now a trap. Not a hand trap. I say that because I've done it in hopes of my opponent destroying it next turn to search out Feather duster, but sometimes your opponent has a monster hand trap to activate during your end phase and you cant activate feather storm since its already set. I see you trying to activate it at 5:09 & 6:13 You cant. :/ 4:15 I really thought we were gonna get a tuner. Harpies Pet Dragon Egg LV 1 dragon/tuner. You'd special summon it with channeler, channeler becomes lv 7. 7+1=8. Synchro into Cyber Slash. 5:35 If I'm going to Link Summon into Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty, I always Link Summon Harpie Conductor first with 2 Harpies, AND THEN use my Conductor and my 3rd Harpie to go into Simorgh. I say that because I like filling up my GY with as many "Harpie Lady" monsters for Hysteric Party later game. I could bring back with Hysteric Party my 3 Harpie Ladys that I used to link summon into simorgh. Or I can bring all 3 Harpie Ladys + a 4th additional Harpie Lady(Harpie Conductor). I'm just sending my Conductor to the GY, so that I have more Harpies in the GY for Hysteric Party. Thats all. You do it at 18:09 6:18 Its still the first turn but notice how your last card in your hand was Dancer. If you have a card in your hand that you didnt use and its the end phase already, then your hand test is telling you to cut this card out that your didnt use because it didnt do anything for you. You used all your other cards except Dancer. If you had cut dancer, you could have drawn into that vanilla harpie lady. Still, vanilla harpie would not have done anything for you. Its the same situation as dancer. So then your hand test would tell you to cut your 3rd vanilla harpie lady so you can draw into something better. I hope you can see that in the hand test. And I know you want to summon all 3 Vanilla Harpie Ladys with all 3 Elegant Egotist but this is why I hate drawing into Harpie Lady and why I wish we had a Harpie Lady retrain. 6:22 This is why I'm always "iffy" about running 3 Harpie Ladys. I love summoning all 3 with egotist, but I hate drawing into her. Especially sisters. Sisters is the worst! I wish you had shown us the next card after vanilla harpie lady so we could see if it WAS a better card to draw into. 7:08 Thats a good hand. 7:13 I'd actually use Harpie Queens effect first before you use unexpedted dai because I'd want my opponent to Ash Blossom my Queen's field search more than to Ash Blossom my summoning plays. Yes, I have call by the grave in my hand. I just dont want my summoning plays to be disrupted by any hand traps. Id rather not search my field than to negate my summons. 9:11 You can overlay Barrier Statue if you want, but I just wouldnt do that. I dont want my opponent to special summon anything. Lol. I dont know why you did that here. I always use my other Harpies to go into Chidori. Never Statue. Again! UNLESS its situational, and I need to summon something else other than WIND. I'd rather use my other Harpies *first* before overlaying Statue. 13:14 Again, careful setting feather storm. 17:45 I'd actually detach channeler instead of pet dragon. I want my "Harpie Lady" monsters in my GY more than pet dragon. Unless I'm running Mirror Split. I really like these hand test. I love hearing the way you think and play. I enjoyed them. Hi, HPJ.

When you have the option of grabbing Elegant Egotist from the Grave or Deck always choose Graveyard. So you have a chance to use a later Perfumer's effect to search. (I only play 2 Egotists because I usually use Feather Rest to get my vanilla harpies back into the deck and has good synergy with Oracle)

I actually always search elegant egotist from the deck. Not from the graveyard because I want to deck thin my deck as fast as possible. An elegant egotist from the Graveyard will always come from Oracle. Unless I'm all out of elegant egotist in my deck, then my last option is to grab Ego in the GY.

@@cursedcrow1033 if you play unexpected dai play vanilla if not then go ahead and play harpy Lady 1 or cyber harpie lady. Depends what your deck needs for synergy.

16:44 If you have a channeler (and a discard) and an egotist in your hand, I would suggest to use egotist first to bait opponent hand traps. Also, it would be a bum if you use channeler first, then got hit by an imperm or veiler, you won't be able to use egotist anymore since channeler is no longer a harpie lady. Just a suggestion. Great vid by the way!

I think Cyber Slash Harpie is the only synchro that lets you treat a monster as a tuner?

The new heavenly zephyr miradora is also a level 7 wind dragon hand-trap. Makes channeler level 7 and has a pretty decent negation effect that can be interrupted. Definitely at least side-deck material if you ask me. Parallel exceed is also a wind monster worth a look, especially since you can use link spider on one of your normal harpies to activate it.

One combo that I didnt see you use is the imduk combo. Basicly if you have channeller and dai/ egotist you use dai if you have it then normal summon channeller, link harpie lady into imduk making channeller lvl 7, then use channeller effect to special summon perfumer getting you 2 searches. If you have egotist and not dai you just normal summon channeller and DONT use her effect until you egotist out lady and link her off for imduk getting the same 2 searches.

Vanilla harpie is a great must have choice but play world chalice guardragon and take advantage of it.

I think you can thin the deck out by using only 1 copy of Elegant Egotist. Hysteric Sign already adds it from deck in or hand so you could have summoned Perfumer, added any extender or still the Egotist, activated it, then users Sign to add it back and use it for the same board.

You could also make I:P masquerena first and then make simorgh for protection. Or make IT in the opponent's turn and make knightmare unicorn if you have to for disruption😄 Nice test hands

I doubt you'll respond on a 5 month old video but can anybody tell me if it's actually optimal to play the vinala or if the retains are better to play
