She comes off as a fantastic improvisational fighter (turning one of the wheels from the wreckage into one of the coolest shields I've seen, and even kicking dirt with her wheeled feet), and she's got a lot of unique traits that make her really sick, despite how little screen time she gets to fight like that.

From the incredible battle scenes that inspired my love for choreography and fluid, expressive animation, all the way to the more somber storyline that I related to a great deal as a kid. It sparked my fascination with dreams and their relationship with the human mind. It was the first time I was confronted so blatantly with the idea that you can't please everyone, that can't always help everyone you care about can be hard to accept. It's something I still wrestle with to this day. If you don't take care of yourself, if you don't allow yourself to face your problems, your personal failings and overcome them, if you simply bottle them away you risk hurting the very people you swore you would protect. It took me a long time to start to understand that. What I'm trying to say is that BRS 2012 is one of the very few pieces of media to truly help me change for the better, and I will always have a soft spot for it :)

A very symbolistic way that plot lead the progress; whenever the conversations + physical contact by body expression were met the conflict. So, the battle begins. In prologue scene seem to be only differenced, Mato had dreamed about childhood story book while also BRS perceived it as deja vu. A 100% synchronized between physical identity & the mental identity, gave birth into a personality being & contrary to doppelgangers, the battle results were about; death = corrupted other self destroy & changed the physical self personality , the survivors = negotiation failure resulting antagonized. Finally, I had doubted the 150% physical mental self synchronize was actually mean self-awareness, this is why 1st form BRS & Insane BRS were splitted in 2 person The most important scenes why slained other selves were all resurrected proved the genius series author spiritual hypothesis; that other self can be black (complete evil) or purple (original self in hesitate) were also had a soul

@@micanikko Nope, it is completely fine. Objectively, there are better and worse visual arts (don't even try to argue with that - you know it definitely, since you mentioned quality standards), and one's subjective taste is influenced by their ability to judge and discriminate between stimuli objectively - by their intelligence. The same kind of mental process that is going on in your brain when you do maths or solve basically any logical puzzles is also activated when you are exposed to an artistic stimuli. And just like various people do math variously well, and some are unable to learn even the basic arithmetics, different people's art judgement ability varies, because Monster fans are too smart for all this generic romantic slice of life on the market, Monogatari fans are too smart to enjoy boring series of infinite power-ups, and Demon Slayer fans are unable to comprehend a battle scene that is not accompanied with verbal commentary. I was stunned to find out that when the regular internet public talks about the meaning of Madoka Magica, they think that it is a kind of anti-capitalist or feminist show, whereas the word "utilitarianism" appears almost never. When someone asks for a philosophical anime, dozens of people will just spit out regular mediocre titles that contain pretentious dialogues, while actually philosophical shows that are built around literary universals that are a common occurrence in classical literature get advised only by a few people. It is like asking for a smart music (Beethoven, Sufjan Stevens, Kevin Penkin, Yuki Kajiura, U2, Counting Crows) and receiving endless suggestions to listen to 2Pac, Eminem and Kendrick Lamar. In the mind of the general public, the unit of basic comprehension is a word. It is not a symbol, like a mathematical sign, musical chord or a visual composition. The general public cannot comprehend anything beyond words. And here I talk about generally smarter, more young, tech-savvy and educated internet public! And not only Black Rock Shooter utilizes the symbols in visual storytelling excellently, it almost never drops an unnecessary word. Sadly, both Monster, Monogatari and Demon Slayer fans appear to be not smart enough to decode this show. Calling their tastes awful is the same thing as criticizing someone for being a certain kind of person - in this case, a not very smart person. It is considered acceptable to judge and select or deselect someone for their personality and intelligence, therefore, since the art taste is a proxy for intelligence, it should be acceptable to shit on someone else's objectively inferior art judgement. Nothing just stands around BRS. The gap between it and Madoka Magica or Neon Genesis Evangelion is as great as the gap between Mahou Shoujo Site and Madoka Magica. This is an unique show: a high budget, arthouse, psychological, fantasy action magical girls drama. You should ask yourself how many psychological fantasy battle dramas you ever know (various movie aggregators don't know beyond 20), and then ask yourself how many of them are high budget arthouse. The answer is: NO! Black Rock Shooter is a masterpiece that challenges not just an entire anime medium but the entire definition of kinography. It is pure art. If someone does not buy it out, this person's opinions are devalued.

Considering how many times Black Rock Shooter is remade (anime, games, manga etc) with all these different stories, I hope it can come back sometime. I particularly want to see an anime adaptation of The Game, purely for White Rock Shooter but I just wanna see more of my top waifu. The TV series probably has some of the best use of CGI in anime, right next to Houseki no Kuni. The story/plot progression of this was definitely not the best because of all the holes and how confusing it can be, but the concept, character designs and fights were amazing. Even the way they parallel the fight scenes to the events in the real world with Mato, especially with Chariot's battle, was pretty brilliant. Black Rock Shooter, in this TV series at least, is one of those rare anime heroines who is not used for fanservice but rather to be a pure badass. She's been a memorable character to me for so many years and I hope she makes a comeback.

And please give the anime more explanation,not just adding unexplaned things
@xaiiphon4 жыл бұрын
@@daffs7166 tbh I don't think most of the main points were unexplained. They're there, but REAAAALLLY vague that you can just miss it entirely. Because after having watched the show several times as I got older, I notice a few more things since the direction the show went was basically making it clear that the slice of life mirrored the alternate world full of fighting, but the smaller details you have to spot and pick up for yourself. It's a valid way of storytelling that may not be enjoyed by everyone, but the real issue was that they handled it a rather poorly in the end, as well as the glaring plot holes and unbelievable motivations behind some of the characters. Like the underdeveloped relationship between Mato and Yomi that makes Mato's motivation to save her unbelievable (the OVA handled their relationship WAY better), Yuu's childhood completely clashing with Mato's memories without any explanation, BRS killing Chariot to save Kagari from madness being treated as good but somehow a line is drawn from BRS killing Dead Master to save Yomi since it's somehow bad, and the disappointing plot dump towards the end where Yuu explains to Mato about what happened to Yomi that denounces all the mystique from the plot beforehand, making it pointless.

This cut is almost there itself, which is why I love this compilation so much. @bilifoq7792 ай бұрын
@@neopabo Dawn Fall is not a "remake". The remake that BRS needs would be something as Madoka Magica was to Utena and Princess Tutu, and as Joker to Taxi Driver. And here is a reality check for you: everything bad about BRS is no worse than the very same bad about more popular anime like Yuuki Yuuna (just atrocious), Revue Starlight (no real drama), Utena (repetitive and boring) and Evangelion (one trait mental illness characters). Even more than that, when I describe it vaguely - "could have been action but it is a boring drama about teenagers" - everyone says that the show in question is Evangelion. So what's the real reason Eva is popular despite its flaws and BRS is not? Very simple: it had no competent marketing campaign and attracted an audience of 11 year olds. Something that should be addressed in the actual remake when the time finally catches up after BRS.
