Had a question for you that seems to be a new issue after latest windows update. When I go live on OBS, my microphone percentage in the master volume category keeps automatically lowering itself based on it detecting voice getting to loud. Sonar gg will not do this when I am not live through OBS, only when i go live does it do this. Thoughts?

Found Sonar a few weeks back and love it. I use a Hyper X mic and it works great no matter what mic you use.

Great tutorial, thank you very much. Only thing I don't get is, if you route everything through one output (Stream Mix) for your stream, how can you make sure that your music or alerts or whatever aren't in the VOD track? Since everything is routed through one track it is impossible to later change the outputs am I right? Still trying to figure out how to get rid of music in my VOD...thanks for the help!

Put Spotify in "Media"(or AUX) in GG, mute it to the stream, then add SS Sonar Media to Audio devices in OBS, then make sure its only check mark on the audio track that will let stream hear it, but not the VOD track

i need help, I have tried everything to get Discord to detect me correctly, but I get its icon in grey, next to the microphone and that doesn't let me configure anything, in fact it explicitly tells me "Discord might not allow sonar to change the audio settings. If needed, adjust the audio settings directly within discord"

Doing the Audio input to Steelseries Sonar Stream doesn't seem to do anything for me. Bar stays unmoving as if nothing is connected to it at all? Is there some step I happen to be missing?

i have a problem with that app, i ve connected everything to obs but when I lower down the volume from stream (not my headphones) lets say on media channel, nothing happens, dows not affect the volume at all. any thoughts?

How do I get my stream (discord) to be able to hear Game? Currently they are only able to hear Media. I am able to change my in game output to Media, but this just confuses me. Aren't I supposed ot have it on Game for all the presets?

How can I make it so where my friends are able to hear my Audio when I’m streaming without changing my in game audio output to media? I’m streaming on discord. Sharing my screen. And if my game (arma 3) output is game they can’t hear the game. I have to set it to media. How can I fix this? Im just gonna return this headset

In sonar I’m unable to move the discord mic and audio to different channels. By chance do you have a fix? There’s exclamation marks next to the discord in channels. Thanks!

You won't be able to because that setting is locked as your audio inputs and outputs for discord need to be specifically updated inside of the discord app! The Discord mic and output will stay greyed to the left side of the sonar software, but as long as you update your inputs and outputs accordingly inside Discord, you should have no issues.

do you know how to fix the loading issue with steelseries doesn't want to load at all ? and not the only person that is having this issues there's hundreds of people having this issue and the support Guide on the website does not help and I contact support 2 months ago and they still yet to get back to me through Gmail
