Darkest Dungeon is a role-playing video game developed by Red Hook Studios and published by Merge Games. The game was first released for Microsoft Windows and OS X in January 2016, which followed a year-long early access development period. Later that year, it was released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Linux, with ports for iOS being released in 2017, and Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One being released by 2018.
Darkest Dungeon has the player manage a roster of heroes to explore dungeons below a gothic mansion the player has inherited. Played out in a mix of real-time movement and turn-based combat, a core feature of Darkest Dungeon is the stress level of each hero that increases with further exploration and combat; a character sustaining a high-stress level may gain afflictions that will hamper, or possibly enhance, their performance as an explorer. The game received positive reviews from critics, garnering several award nominations, and went on to sell over two million copies. A sequel was announced in February 2019. A Board game adaptation is currently in development.

Darkest dungeon 2 gave occultist a funny gimmick called "Unchecked Power" It boosts moves if u get enough but every token has a 1/3 chance to give a burn (the new DoT, works the same as the rest) 2 unchecked powers guarantee a crit from wyrd, but it can still be a 0 heal

I used Plague Doctor in mission 3. A single stun grenade gets both the cyst and stalk. Since the stalk is guaranteed to not use teleport turn 1, you basically have 3 turns to kill it each time it's summoned.

I tried to beat the game without sacrificing anyone too. Brought jester and leper along with vestal and a shieldbreaker/plague doctor (can't remember what I brought). The idea was to use shard dust to refresh revenge use on leper and also use finale with jester. Then leper got virtuous so I couldn't use shard dust, and jester got stunned after using solo. Vestal died but the other three survived :')

I don't pay that much attention to perks (unless it's deathblow resist or bonus dmg or virtue chance) but I really like trinkets such as: focus ring, legendary bracer, book of sanity, martyr's seal, hero's ring, and most of the bosses trophies And many trinkets made only for one certain hero are good like fe. Gunslinger buckle for highwayman or holy orders for Crusader
