Abandoned Religious Families 1800's Farmhouse - Guarded by Vultures (Time-Capsule)

Hidden in plain site we find a roadside abandoned farmhouse. With overgrowth swallowing the remaining structures, vultures swooping and guarding their new home lies a property that once held a religious foreign family decades ago. Although I don't have definitive answers of why the home was left. My hypothesis is that the family grew old and eventually passed away in the 1970's, leaving the entire property an absolute time capsule from the past, or what I call, a living museum. If you enjoyed the video as much as I enjoyed recording and making it a thumbs up would let me know who actually reads this crap. Anywho, Until next time my fellow explorers ✌

Sorry about the cut off in the intro everyone. Noticed the error when it was too late and Im on the road currently filming more videos! This is the first presentation with my brand new camera as well. Sorry about the knocking noise you may hear. Getting that fixed as we speak. Anywho. Thanks for watching everyone, I appreciate you more than anything. Have a good day ✌

Guys, I have watched a lot of your videos and I enjoy them a lot. I am 61 years old and my father, oldest brother, and his wife all have been exposed to asbestos. Asbestos takes a long time to begin destroying the lining in your lungs. That lining is the thing that transmits oxygen into your bloodstream. Asbestos encapsulates the tube like structures in the lining and blocks the oxygen from entering your bloodstream. The effect is you slowly suffocate and there is no cure. My father began experiencing the effects of it in 1995-96, As he aged it became more of a struggle to get O2 in. Luckily he had a massive heart attack and he passed before it became too bad. My sister in law has a partially atrophic lung which has about 30% capacity now. The fibers are very very small and you could have it flying all around you in these old buildings and not even realize it. I know the masks are bulky and hot at times but you need to seriously consider using them in some of these places. Stay safe.

Hi guys! :-D The family was Roman Catholic Polish. The photo on the wall that you looked at under the clothing was taken of children celebrating their First Communion along with the Priest who was seated and the nuns standing next to the children. :-) With all those beds in the house, there were likely several children who had lived there. The Smurf doll looked like it was made from a knitting kit. As for the vultures, they picked a great place to nest. Little wonder why the adults were hanging out in the tree. There are two types of vultures in the US- Black vultures and Turkey vultures. We have both types here in Texas where I live. They make a gosh awful hiss. I love the old piano and wish that a maker's mark was on it. It was likely imported from Poland. I would have given my eye teeth for it. :-) Did you see the old washing machine? My parents had the same old RCA tv when I was growing up. It sure did look like a squatter was camped out there recently. This place was a great find! :-)

Piano!!! Oh my god!! It’s unbelievable that this piano was left there! It’s a table piano or idk how to name it correctly in English. This kind of piano existed in the 18th and 19th centuries. It rare to find this instrument, nowadays you can see it only in museums. And you such a lucky guy, you saw it in this atmospheric place, with its own story.... thank you for sharing it with us!!! Upd: Maybe I can even suppose that this table piano was made by Steinway & Sons in 1890s. I saw almost the same piano in museum in Holland.

I actually teared up a little when you showed the Greatest Mom In The Whole World figure don't know why that got to me so much. Just knowing the life and love that use to be in that house and seeing how it's been left to rot with all the beautiful appliances and furniture in it still really makes me wonder what happened to the people that lived there. They clearly had a loving child living there at one time so it really makes me wonder why the kid or kid's of the people didn't do anything with the house.

By the way, the "ashtray" in the beginning was a candy dish, and was silver plated. The tarnish made it look like brass. Some crazy intricate work on it tho... Apparently the folks living there were Polish, or at least had a crazy fascination with Poland That hugely wide Piano is a European style Klavier and is definitely from the mid 1800's. Pretty cool find, but insanely difficult to move. Which probably explains why it was left behind. They take up so much space, compared to a modern upright. And even though they sound and project as good as a baby grand piano, it's just a pain in the @$$ working on, tuning and leveling such an antique. Most likely they couldn't find an interested buyer when it was time, so it got left behind. As they say here in Deutschland ... Shade (pronounced Shah-day = what a shame). HAHAHAHA OMG!!! Grabbing The cross and heading back upstairs is definitely worth subscribing!!! Most likely it wasn't a vampire, so not sure how much protection the cross would provide, but I let out a gut busting laugh on that one. Definitely made my morning lol! Bob in Germany

You have been producing really good video explorations for a goodly period of time now, and your editing keeps getting better, the time and effort you put in shows. What you heard hissing at you were the baby vultures in the barn. Most likely the parents in the trees. You make really good videos. Love the shots you get. Would love to see some of these places in person. Me and my kids love exploring and seeing “time capsules” These are amazing finds. It’s hard to believe they were just forgotten. What excites me the most is the fact that some aren’t even vandalized (SOME) and just mostly deteriorated by time and nature. It’s beautiful and sad. Keep up the awesome work!! 👍🏻💯💜

I love your videos. Places like this makes me imagine what it was like when it was occupied. I didn't see any newspapers or calendars to see what the year was to give us an idea how long its been empty. It's a pity you didn't look at some of the envelopes to see what the post marks were to give us some idea when it was occupied. Keep up the good work!

What on earth happened there... It looks like multiple people lived there, so it's not like a situation when a lonely person passes away. The people were polish, but I doubt it has a thing to do with the situation in Poland in 60s/70s, but maybe? You don't have any information? It's so interesting and scary

great explore , what a beautiful big house this must've been back in its day,, it is so sad , whatever happened to the family that lived here, that the remaining family didn't gather up anything, especially the unopened mail,,, shame ,,,,, the kitchen fixtures definitely originally go back to the 1950's, and those fireplaces must have kept the place nice and warm in the winter,, those vultures scared the hell out of me when they hissed, and the part with the cross was funny,, great explore bud

Hi this was my first time watching one of your videos. That house is so huge and the layout is so interesting! I would've loved to see it when the family lived there. The abandoned crib and baby shoes are really sad! Thanks for the tour.

All the girls in the photo on the wall were dressed in white, wearing veils. I would say it was "first communion" group photo. Surprised at all the rooms. Disgusted with the way people trashed everything. You know the people who left that place did not throw everything around on the floor. Sad to see that and the graffiti. Thanks for sharing.

I love how you respect those envelope containing letters and cards.. I felt also sad for that house once lived with families forgotten in years and no one bothers to look for it as if never exist. But you came there to show it’s significance and brought it as part of a history.

I fall in love with this channel, first watch then subs. Then it becomes addictive. it is much better than some kind of useless everyday lifehacks or pranks.why did they get more viewers than this?? the abandoned houses and places that you found, oh its so beyond my imagination. I love to see them, i love to wonder how was the life there before its abandoned, who has ever live there, how was their life stories and how can it be abandoned like that and etc. I love ancient things and old time lives. I love everything from this channel. Good job. Well done. Thank you
