Really hope you like the cold ipa... Its fantastic! Fruity bitter so easy to drink.... But had the volume for wobbly legs!..... Do you do requests for beers that I have made.... I can forward the ingredients 👍

I find kviek yeast pretty murky and tastes of a weird orange and Belgium,used it quite a few times it’s definitely a predominant taste and a bit like marmite ( not tasting like marmite 🤪you know what I mean 🤣)another great episode guys cheers 👍🍻

On the Unicorn IPA, y'all mentioned the yeast name but I didn't know the name. I live in USA. But, y'all mentioned that a yeasty Belgian beer flavor dominated the flavor profile. Maybe the temperature rose too high during fermentation. It's happened with me before, (getting into 23-24 Celsius range 3rd or 4th day of fermentation).

Kviek yeast,can tolerate temperatures between 20 and 40 degrees c ,a lot of Belgium, Norway ,Scandinavian beers will use this yeast

I've used voss once but never again, far too orangey for my liking, definitely not lagery !!
