Ah, crystal time. And yeah, upper crystal has the 2nd strongest normal mobs in the game iirc (lv55-64). With lower pharos having 3rd strongest (lv50-55) and henne's extra area having the strongest (lv64+) outside of the beefed up wyrms that can easily be up to lv99.

Technically the Lhusu Mines (last part) have the under Pharos beat in terms of mob levels with those lv60+ Pandoras and lv59-60 Aeronites not to mention Abysteels, harsh traps and good old Disma. It's pretty funny a relatively small zone in a larger dungeon was so brutal to players that just wanted to explore and get loot. Fun fact: As most fans know Omega MKXII was nerfed from the JP version of XII but funny enough Disma actually got buffed from the OG JP version with his attack and magick power getting big buffs while his HP was essentially doubled!

Also, I'd honestly run from enemies I know I won't need drops from. Cause you can always get the LP from somewhere else and there's no exp in weak mode anyway. No shame in living to fight another day

Bombs are able to be hit with Disable and Immobilize, which makes them s lot less of a bother to deal with. You’re through it now I guess, but something to keep in mind. Especially in Weak Mode, but also in general, status effects in FFXII are your best friend.
