They aren't aggressive they also can't survive in the wild anywhere. They are genetically created to be large thus making them unable to fend for themselves or avoid predators.

A FG could potentially live in the wild if it had a good food sorce and was in a mild climate. we also don't know how long it's been out there, or it's a cross breed. Lots of people breed FG cross with NZ's.

For the guy who lost his childhood best friend in the river. I feel for the guy. That had to be absolutely mortifying. I wouldn't have been surprised at all if it was the ghost of his friend. When he went back the river alone and called out to his buddy and no answer, I wouldn't know how to deal with that. He's a lot stronger than I would have been. I almost would have begged him to answer me. But that's me anyway. But that still had to be scary as hell!

To the OP of the Giant Rabbit... That big? Yes. Bigger, actually. Aggressive? No. My poor medium sized border collie would definitely have lost a fight. She chased it off our property, and by the time she reached the edge of the 10 acres, she was about the size of a black ant. She kept barking ferociously, and she ignored all attempts to call her back until it was out of sight. Then she came running back, she was laughing and wagging her tail. Please don't tell me that you haven't heard a dog laugh before. Anyway... Your Giant Rabbit probably has rabies. It needs to be put down, if you know what I mean (rifle with bullets meant to take down an elephant)!
