I worked at a funeral home in Orlando Florida, having to pickup bodies, help out the embalmers however I could, assist in transport of the decedent to the chapel for service and help with setup, and assist with cremations and the various steps that go along with and after. I only did the job for 4 or 5 months but I did have a…. I guess you could call it a paranormal or supernatural event happen to me. It was something I will never forget and since then I do from time to time seem to have occurrences whereas before I never really did. I always kinda thought it wouldn’t be anything growing up since my birthday is on Halloween but it really did change my outlook and has made me more open minded.

@@patrickchavez3848 I would be on call 2 times a week which is at least 40 hrs in the day time regular hours and 2 nights on call to pick up bodies from homes, hospitals, etc and bring them back to our facility, log them in, then put the body into the walk-in coolers. It was about 3:30am one night after I had just finished doing so and was about to head back to my home. As I walked out of the doors that leads to the crematory and to the parking lot I for whatever reason decided to say goodnight out loud before closing the door. I got an audible reply of goodnight in return form the room the embalmers work in which the coolers for the bodies are in. I was the only one in the building and I had just left that room not more then 60 seconds ago. Another time a cpl days later, around 10:00pm at my home, I just returned from logging in a body at my chapel, I was sitting on a couch in my living room and heard someone say something, I couldn’t understand what was said and I didn’t recognize the voice come from my kitchen area. I looked over to the area and say a large floating mass like object that looked like smoke with wisps of purple and gray entering into my living room. Though it looked like smoke, it kinda strangely moved like what I would describe as a big bubble of water about 4 feet in diameter. It went without saying I freaked the F out for a moment and lost sight of it for a split second and it was gone as soon as I looked back for it. The call I went on right before that was to Orlando Regional Medical Center for the removal. I quit about a week after that for those reasons and a few others I won’t get into. Sorry it took so long to get back to ya, I honestly didn’t see your reply. Ever since then I have occasionally seen things like shadows or heard voices or tappings when no one is around.

The story "Cynthia", has 3 prologues that actually accompany it, as after experiences, directly related to the original story & they are far, far, creepier. The poor officer was so haunted with the after images & unrested spirits it really affected his mental state. I don't know where to find these 3 prologue tales.

To those new structures or builds with absolutely no history, or previous events... my father told me one day that, " Electricity is NOT YOUR FRIEND honey ". I replied " I lnow that dad, but , so you're saying, electricity is like an entity, a sentient entity?" " Yes, just like that. " So perhaps, the new & bright elecricity flow , did not like some of the new employees, or their energy. Electricity took on an external , visible form , to let the living know , that it did not like them at all & to just leave.
