Why, I am an Alaskan and the elk hunting story is BS. There’s only a couple of islands on the Aleutian chain that you can hunt elk on, so this story is just a story. You sure as hell can’t drive there and there’s no roads and Campgrouds there either.

I’ve been living in Anchorage Alaska for 3 years now and the beauty of the state is simply breathtaking. However, noting that nature is so close by and ppl get lost in the forests and mountains are something to think about. I also hike but never into the wood or mountain simply because I don’t want to encounter a moose or a bear. Thank you for doing a story about Alaska.
