when i done them i just used the 2.40 base sugar and they where very good a little thin on mouthfeel will do them again with there enhancer , great review as always

Hi both just bought this kit......currently brewing away. End the end of fermentation do you reccomend to use beer finnings? Wont this stop the secondary conditioning? Thanks
