I can't confirm but i suspect that the difficulty doesn't actually make any difference to the fight itself, whether you're on casual or apocalyptic killington is tanky AF and hits like a truck.

These puzzles with the Aether Spark are total bullshit. I don’t know why these controls are so dumb! This fucking track require a precision that the controls doesn’t offer! Totally unnecessary!

I don't know why, but I'm missing 1 key to enter that trickster door. I collected every key in every single level and purchased all the keys from Vulgrim.. someone could explain why is that happening?
