I got a feeling that fury will die like war and death did at the end of the games (and so will strife, its why we find his guns) and be resurrected/re-summoned when urial broke the 7th seal to fight the end war against the dark prince, the council, there will be others, and we will wage this war as 4, as it shall always be. YES. In the end of "SPOILERS"..................................... Darksiders 2 death sacrifices himself for the other souls to be freed, and the crow Father told him it was a one way ticket. He does it anyway, and in a shitty explanation because of the troubled development of DS2 they said when the seals are broken there will forever be 4.

Max Glaysher the horseman are able to revive due to the fact that they sacrificed themselfs for the "balance" and because their souls/spirits are bound to the seventh seal.
