Kinda new to see you playing “against the odds” instead of competitive decks, and while I prefer trying to make actually good decks this is a neat change of pace for the last chunk of time before rotation

@@joelarcher2691 Self-discard/reanimator I've found to be decent though. There are couple enchantments/creatures with payoffs for discarding your own cards. Combine that with cheating in big creatures like industry titans/ulamog.

Really dig this series! I'd love to do a version of this deck that instead of trying to win you just try to give your opponent lots of presents (treasure, clue tokens, creatures, etc) through the power of infinite turns. And then your opponents end up losing anyways when they concede instead of accepting your gifts :( killing with kindness!

Alt win condition week was AWESOME. Definitely support other theme weeks, such as: tribal (not just creatures but also PWs); non-HB singleton; constructed block & pauper (both of which are Midweek Magic events on Arena so you could coordinate w/ that schedule); "Major Tom" format (4, 3, 2, 1) A/K/A Magic Duels format (limited to max 4 of each common, 3/uncommon, 2/rare, 1/mythic) - for old time's sake!

I really wish MTGA had a "play it out" option after Oppo concedes where you just continue your turns with them automatically passing. Then you could show the combo without resorting to beating up poor Sparky.

Magistrate's Scepter is so under-rated. I discovered it a few months ago and couldn't believe it was under $1 in paper. I built a modern deck with it using Emry and Coretappers to enable the counter generation. (It, of course, also runs plenty of proliferate) Not having to use the scepter to add its own first counter REALLY speeds up the deck and Emry unlocks a lot more interaction via things like Spellbomb and Ratchet Bomb. I also run Transmogrifying Wand as I can ensure it has effectively unlimited counters and Ratchet Bomb lets me clear out the tokens. :) Lux Cannon in the sideboard for non creature matches. Not Elite tier as Modern goes but it is wildly more powerful than I thought it would be for a deck that cost me less than $50.
