For those curious about that tractor in micheals garage, it's the Epsilon tractor from that side questline. It's supposed to be a final reward, but it's actually worse than the tractor out by that light house directly east of McKenzie Field.

The Epsilon one drives like it has engine damage. And it takes long enough to start up that Mike says "Start up, you piece of shit" and all other lines where that one would be used. And it can't drive up the inclines around his house.
