I was just playing this game for the first time a few weeks ago and oh yeah...its definitely a hidden gem! People may talk about there not being a while lot of good western games from back in the day, but Darkwatch was among those forgotten western games that sadly never got the recognition it truly deserved. Its not perfect... but what you'll find, is a great and well crafted FPS for its time. And in some odd ways, it feels like a predecessor to Doom 2016s approach to the modern arena shooter. Also, heres a fun fact. Take a close look at the box art for this game, and as well as Van Helsings box art. They look almost frickin identical!

I bought the art book to this in a discount shop, and had no idea it was even a real game, but thought it was one of those 'this is how a game design thing would look' and some of the original concept art i saw in that book looked way more goofy and much less dark, think almost Woody from Toy Story for early concept design.
