I enjoyed watching Darkwing Duck when I was growing up. To me he is similar like good old Batman 🦇 himself. It's kinda depressing that this scene, along with many others, have been edited out of this entire pilot once it aired as a two part episode of the series proper because this scene alone is FANTASTIC, and it should've been kept in. Yes, I understand that both animation teams in Australia, and Japan made it too long for it to air as a two parter, and they needed to make room for commercial in rerunss, but it's still REALLY sad that this scene alone wasn't kept in. When 'DuckTales', and 'Rescue Rangers' has they're two hour specials split into 5 part episodes, they had extra scenes that were edited to fit a two hour time slot. Which was a real treat for those who saw them in their movie length form. This also goes as far back as 'The Secret Of The Sword' where the movie was 87 minutes long, but the five part episode version had additional scenes that were added in.
