I could definitely hear the beginnings of daft punk in that third track. And I could hear a bit of what would become Phoenix in the second song. I find it interesting that these guys formed a band when grunge was becoming mainstream but they had their own ideas of the sort of music they wanted to make and they kept at it and by the end of the nineties they had had started to find success with their new projects Daft Punk and Phoenix, which ultimately became lasting success for both bands. I hope that Laurent is still friends with Guy-Manuel and Thomas

I really like Phoenix but i can't hear anything similar on 'Darlin'. Phoenix's "Party Time" would sound close to that, but i believe their early stuff was influenced by Air.

"Cindy so loud" there's some of early daft punk vocal melodies "Darlin" I could imagine theses chords on a true daft punk song, especially the bass "untitled 18" seems like one of the firsts electronic music experience of them, working with samples, very disco and house inspired "untitled 33" is a rock n roll song, reminds me a little of the stones, which both of them are huge fans
