I heard in another video of yours that you recommend to stop taking finasteride 1 month before hair transplant. I also heard from other doctor's KZbin channels that if you stop taking finasteride for 15 days the hair miniaturization restarts and cant be stopped again after taking finasteride after 15 days. Is this true? What has been your experience with patients?

The 5 AR enzyme that is suppressed by Finasteride remains suppressed for 4 weeks hence. But hair thinning does start at 2 weeks though not irreversible. In cases who are doubtful of their commitment to stay the course on Oral Finasteride in the long term, it is crucial to know that you are not transplanting miniaturised hair from the donor. Hence, in such select cases I advocate going off Finasteride for a given period of time before a scheduled hair transplant procedure
