I have tried the free version of almost all the form plugins. The best one is forminator by a large margin. It has was more features than all the others. Other plugins charge for the features that forminator includes for free. Such as storing form entries, form logic, file uploads and more.

I follow all the instructions though the form submitted successfully, but the form did not save in my contact. Why is that?

It seems there might be an issue with how the form submissions are being stored or processed. Double-check the settings in WP Forms to ensure submissions are being saved correctly in the backend. Also, make sure there are no conflicts with other plugins that might affect form submissions.

Followed everything to the 24:14 But I get an error on the contact page saying "Antispam token is invalid. Please reload the page and try submitting the form again." Also prior to putting on the capture it was showing as though an email was being sent, but the recipient email inbox and spam / junk email folder, they never received any email. I tried 3 times, and 3 times it showed as email being sent and will be with me shortly message, but no email was ever received into any folder in our email. even 45 minutes later, still no email.

For your first question, to change the sender name in HubSpot Forms, go to your HubSpot account settings and update the email settings under "Marketing" > "Forms." Great video man, quick question: When I go to the notifications section and I click on sent email address box, it shows {admin_email} and that's been sent to the email that I use to log in, but I want to change it to my corporate email, so I change and put my corporate email and I don't get the emails, I have to switch to the {admin_email}, is there a way to use my corporate instead of {admin_email}. Please read my first comment on creating the WP form and then this one. I was following along to set up the SMTP and it got to part of the video where I was not seeing what you was showing for one thing your Create Credentials were on the upper right hand side mine was small more in the middle above API Keys, OAuth2.0 client Key and Service accounts. Anyway from the time I clicked on Create Credentials that screen looked nothing like your where you said click on user data, I did not have any choice like that and sort of went downhill from there. I did manage to get an API key for what that is worth. I hate not seeing exactly what you are seeing and showing, so from this point onward I believe nothing is right or working. I need serious help.

Hey! Google’s interface changes often, so if you’re not seeing “User data,” try this: Go to APIs & Services > Credentials in Google Cloud Console, click Create Credentials, then choose OAuth client ID (make sure Gmail API is enabled). Set up the OAuth consent screen with External if it’s your first time, complete the app name, support email, and required fields. Then select OAuth 2.0 Client ID and follow the prompts. Let me know if you still have issues!

This is fine but you can't change the fonts or colors or whatever without using code. I used the Elementor widget and was unable to make any changes to the style to match my site. And when I checked, I found that you have to do some coding. I found a better plug-in called Fluent Forms which I'm going to try next - and which seems to have the best of both worlds (WP Forms and Elementor's Forms).

The filled form details should be sent to my official mail and a copy to my personal email. 2. An auto-reply email should be sent from my official email to the user, confirming that our team will contact them within 48 hours, a copy of that also at my personal email. I am stuck up. Hey! You can easily achieve this with WPForms. In the Notifications settings, add your official and personal emails separated by a comma to receive the form details. For the auto-reply, use the Confirmations feature to set up an email template for users.
