Arsenal came second last year bought rice and looks like they might be second again..rice has done great..but without saka I don't feel arsenal would b in the top 3..people might say rice is allowing the other guys to perform and I say saka was doing this last season before rice came second rice turns up and it's all about rice..I get the sub concious backing of English players in the premier league but this aint sense..rice for player of the year and Rhodri has performed on a complete different level to rice with the way he has dictated man city games as far as getting them on the front foot and letting the quality players ahead of him to do there thing. Foden also has had a better season than rice as city lost Gundegon mahrez laporte and still in transition are the best team out there as far as progressive football is concearned..
