hmm now I'm conflicted..LOL I know about resistance in the way it's being discussed here--a feeling of being swatted down back into your comfort zone..but I just finished watching things about how when you feel resistance in a boundaries way..when you're depressed, angry etc..and you want to resist doing certain things, it's a sign you're not living your authentic self. I guess we feel resistance to all forms of change. Good or bad. Resistance to good because it's new, different, unknown and challenging then resistant to the things we consider bad because it's unbearable, an obligation to someone else, a bad habit, or just plain unenjoyable.
