U should try to avoid speaking with a de-cend-ing tone. It's actually a fairly common habit seen in presenters back on oldschool TV, but now it's used a lot by youtubers. It usually emerges when the speaker is mid sentence but already thinking of the next thing they want to say. News anchors do it when their stretching for time. Good news is u don't have to speak that way because u pre-record. Just play around with different cadences. Talk like your showing a client around the house, u wouldn't talk with a syllabic cadence iff camera so don't fall into that trap on camera. Enes is pretty good at it, he's bit rigid though & needs to loosen up overall, which u are great at btw. Good luck, great content.
