there’s just something about this house that is amazing. it feels huge but homey and comfortable, there’s everything you need, yard space, doggie wash, pool, gym, theater, etc., and there’s seclusion. it’s literally perfect and worth the price, not like most of the $20-$50 million ones you see

For such a large house it has a surprisingly warm and homely feeling to it. You see many homes that are focused on showing off how rich they are, but this home is classy and elegant without being flashy. And given all the amenities, 20 mil is a very good deal for those who can afford it.

Wow... where on earth do you start with this one. This Georgian inspired home is breathtaking, it really is. The owners taste is faultless. I love the colour scheme throughout and finishing touches are superb and quality amazing. The layout makes perfect sense and the price reasonable. Hope the owners have a quick sale. Man, this House is amazing. But I think I’m not wrong when I just say the whole presentation itself is amazing and extremely professional. I was pretty fascinated by this house. It had a nice touch to the inside with a lot of detail. The back yard was perfect, the pool was one of my favorites. Seemed like a lot of house for the money. And as always you guys are so amazing. Keep up the good work and keep touring.

Enes, I LOVE your videos, but there is one thing I would have emphasized with your tour of this property, and it's this: It's surrounded by various state parks and preserves, so development will always be kept to a minimum, thus ensuring that it maintains its peaceable, bucolic ambiance.
