This is a beautiful Home …a While back I Actually considered moving to Malibu but personal and unforeseen circumstances a.k.a life happened…. I love the entrance. I wouldn’t change a thing except adding acrylic spacers between entry steps because coming home late or drunk visitors is an accident waiting to happen…

Stunning Malibu home that you had shown & Toured. It definitely is eye catchig from the get go... I love the whole vibe of the home. I really love interior just as I love the Exterior look of the property. Love the space, biggest pool I have ever seen extending through the backyard. I love The kitchen, The home Movie Theather, The Master bedroom & Also The guest home is a great place to stay to get more privacy & u get the best view of ocean... Magnificent job as Always Darren! Love the golden hour sunset and the Amount of sunlight hitting every corner, it is so lovely. I really love all the lighting as well at night. It trully is beautiful. I love the tour, very well done. ❤💯

One issue I always see with these elaborate water entries is that the stone always ends up getting stained. Looks unsightly imo. Interior's are awesome though, love the contrast of wood with the board form concrete! Beautifully done

Good luck trying to get fire insurance and earth movement is an issue in Malibu as well, there likely isn't any insurance for that.
