Hi Darren, I've been practicing all your videos in order and I've notice my footwork has improved tremendously, I try to go to the dojo at least 2 to 3 times each week and I've always struggled when we have footwork in the pieces, so thank you for these videos because its really helping me understand how to use my feet more and not just my upper body 👍 🙌 🙏

I got a question. Which show impacted or changed your life and dance career more, ABDC or WOD?

I would say both had an impact on my life in different ways. ABDC was the first time I competed on TV vs. the community competition scene. WOD it was just a blessing to be around so many talented dancers who are masters of their craft 🤗

I managed to get it by slowing it down to .5 speed. But it is at :09 and :011.
