They obviously didn't read usbc rules. Same hand release is ok. As long as you're not using both hands to release the ball. 2 handed is just 1 handed at release. Now if they spin with both hands, and then bowl 1 handed next shot, it would be illegal. Still need to be no-weight hole compliant though.

Don't try to throw it as fast as you can and don't throw it for the sole purpose of high Rev rate. Consistency is key and smoother is better and during practice dont focus on score just focus on one aspect at a time that you think needs the most improvement
