Helpful video, thank you. I've fallen into the "forgotten" category. I've just spoken to Dart who informed me as it's the first time it's happened if I call them once I receive the pcn, they'll give me the option to just pay the £2.50. Phew! 👍

Just received 2 penalty notices.....a whopping 3 months late telling me I owe £70 for each....(yes my fault for forgetting to pay) I was going to contest it for being too late....however on going into my account they asked for just £2.50 for each....you've never seen me part with £5 so quickly!

What can I do if my partner at the time who was an additional driver racked up dart charges by lying to me that he paid them knowing I would be liable being the registered owner. He is now an ex and has left me with £6k in dmcourt fines, please help me what can I do?

Please I'm new to the UK I passed the dart crossing but I'm confused if I need to pay for the dart crossing and congestion charge also or just the dart crossing only
