DART Green Line: Full Ride on Kinkisharyo SLRV 257 from Buckner to North Carrollton/Frankford

[Taken June 15, 2023] I got to film another full-length trip out the front window today. Hopefully, the footage is less shaky than my red line video, as the unit leading today didn't accelerate as roughly.

Just before MLK Station there was a poor looking apartment complex followed by a new one being built. If anyone who lives in the poor complex, be ready. If they are building a new complex next door to you, then that means it's only a matter of time before you get notices to vacate, because they will either tear it down or renovate it with luxury options making it unaffordable for its current tenants. I went through this in East Dallas when a new management company bought my building and a few years later all the buildings on that street were renovated with a double or more increase in rent. Watch for management notifying you that inspections from banks are coming. They are looking at your place to estimate the value of your property for purchase.
