Cool mask I did the same thing out of a Darth Vader mask! I just cut the bottom part off and sanded it, looks great!!!

You can use a filter cut from a HEPA vacuum cleaner bag or a MERV13 AC filter as long as neither of them contain fiberglass. 🖖🏽

You can add padding on the mask so it doesn't dig into you when you put it on.
