Just to clarify for anyone curious about the real canon. No. Vader does not eat through his ass. I know that shouldn't need explaination but Disney ruined everything else about the series (except The Rebels Show) so for that better safe than sorry. He eats through his mouth like normal but only rarely and in those specialized hyper oxygen chambers that he can take his suit off in. Normally he doesn't need to eat because the suit itself covers all his necessary bodily functions.
