Healing through the dark side should be possible...but not through traditional methods. Force healing utilizes the light side and is healing or building. The dark side utilizes destructive forces. In my mind, force healing utilizing the dark side would look something like draining the essence of life from a victim and drawn into the force user in order to use that essence to heal themselves.
