Hope they take all your observations into consideration when finalising the Neta S for distribution. The price is pretty good, and that is a necessary step to really have persons consider EVs when making their next automotive purchase.

Yeah the outside is insanely evil, that's a car you give a second look. But the inside, that massive center screen just looks bad, love the small screen behind the steering wheel, the black piano plastic hate it, orange color pretty cool, the strange touchs switches seems very bad, the back seat looks amazing with functions, head space in the back very limited..... So many problems inside, but the outside it looks evil.

This is the most beautiful sedan I have ever seen in a while. Disclaimer; if you cannot draw a car from scratch you would not understand so I would recommend staying silent. But man I want to co-own this brand it meshes my ideas for my brand.

Man this car looks really good and stealthy like you Said Darth Vader car yes i like it a lot, even the interior looks cool with that orange and sleep cluster what a car hope the production cars get better quality interior and a sporty feel to it. Maybe a fatter tire could fill more that gap wheel arch, the rear reminds me a german sports ev, i Also like the wide stance like the Model S, if i could i choose the most powerful version.

I’ve driven one, twice. Quality albeit highly specialized car. Take it as an Audi A5 and BMW 4 competitor - may not serve the purpose as the only car in the family.

It’s beautiful but it’s not groundbreaking as far as design is concerned. I just love the price point for the looks. It’s giving Tesla Model 3 from the side, Toyota Crown from the front and what an updated Kia K5 might look like from the rear. Oh and as a Black guy, I must pat myself on the back and say when it comes to this car, everything looks better Black. 😂 (I had to, sorry) Seeing this vehicle in other colors (especially brighter ones) will be the true test of its beauty.

My two biggest peeves about modern cars are piano black plastic (scratches within a few miles of ownership and looks wank forever) and touch sensitive buttons and surfaces. Such an utterly stupid design for something you have to operate at 70MPH.

I will add to that on any car.. no rear wiper, front wheel drive and charging port on the right. I’m not paying £40k+ for something that would drive me nuts.

@@sbomorse that’s only the second worst place to have it.. You should always reverse park, dirt and grime every time you touch it, will freeze over in snowy/Icy conditions, a small front impact will put you off the road unnecessarily.

@@garrycroft4215 personal preference I guess. Mine's never frozen but I take the point about a frontal crash. But then if I had even a light bump the car would be going to the insurers so it's a moot point for me.

@@garrycroft4215 just keep a bottle of windshield fluid/ antifreeze in your trunk. Even the entire car is frozen I never have problem opening the doors or using the wipers. Simply remote start the car (with heater at full blast set the night before) a few minutes ahead. Walk over spray small antifreeze along the door seals door handle and wipers.. (kept another bottle in the house) and I'm good to go within seconds! 😀 no scraping no loosing temper absolute zero hard work, just walk out the house casually get in the car and go 😊😊

I've sat in one yesterday, nice, too bad they are not planning to sell it in my country just yet. But I'm not sure about the front scissor doors. a bit too much. it's a four door and yet only two that open upwards. more impractical than cool imo. but this one does not have that. facelift already?

Interesting choice (I love Smart cars as well) but would definitely choose Ora Cat or Funky Cat or even the new 5 door Cat 😊 forgot the name but that one is just hilarious and cool at the same time 😅 Also Ora seems to be more practical and reliable than Smart imo despite very little could go wrong with electric? But at least more range more tech but still got unique styling ✌😊

@@philipc239 the Smart #1 is a similar size to the ORA CAT but with a bigger range and a lot more tech. The Brabus version is dual motor 428 hp 0-100 in 3.9 seconds

Frankly speaking, the Chinese auto market needs to go through a period of consolidation. There are too many inferior brands like this barely clinging to life, offering nothing, and tarnishing the reputation of Chinese manufacturing. Their assets should be taken over by a competent automaker like BYD.

Actually, most of these brands you mention are already a part of another legacy auto maker like BAC, GAC, SAIC motor. Consider China is a market that had just sold almost 27million cars in 2022 alone, I think 7-10 major player is definitely fitting.
