While at home, your favourite Daru & Desi have invented some crazy summer cocktails. From appetizer to main course to dessert, this cocktail menu is thoroughly tempting. Join in to learn some quick and easy summer cocktail recipes. Stay hydrated!

Tuti-Mary Recipe (serves 2):
- make a paste from: 2 cloves garlic, 1 green chilli, 6 coriander leaves, 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- in a shaker mix: ice, chilli garlic paste, pinch of salt, pinch of hing (asaefoetida), 30 ml unsweetened kokam agal, and 60 ml agave spirit or tequila
- option to add extra dried kokam, cumin powder, or sugar if desired
- shake until well mixed and chilled
- strain and pour over fresh ice and top up with soda. Garnish with cilantro.
Untitled Mango Cocktail Recipe:
For Kairi Panna Concentrate:
- boil raw mango (kairi) in a pressure cooker
- cool and squeeze out the pulp
- mix pulp with 1:1 ratio of jaggery powder
- add spices as per taste (cloves and cardamom used in video recipe)
For Cocktail (serves 2):
- in a shaker with ice, mix: 2 tsp kairi panna concentrate, pinch of chilli flakes, pinch of salt, 60 ml gin
- strain and pour over ice in glass, top up with soda. Garnish with chopped ripe mango
Rose Malai Recipe (serves 1):
- in a glass, pour 20 ml rose syrup
- 1 scoop of plain or vanilla ice cream
- 30 ml Dukshiri Feni, or any Cashew Feni
- top up with soda (watch out for the foam) and serve with a straw to mix while drinking

I tried the Tuti Mary and it turned out really great!! I just had orange vodka , so I used that, but willl try again with agave liqueur… I just hope it doesn’t turn out too sweet with agave liqueur
