Moved from the NT to South Australia 2 years ago to retire after being in the NT since 1973 - and I'm freezing my butt off! I started off as a telecommunications technical officer in Tennant Creek & Darwin, then became a driving instructor ( to be my own boss) and worked all over the NT - Darwin, Jabiru, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs, Oenpelli, Nhulunbuy, Yirrikala etc.

Darwin never relly grown over the years. Very small.populated city. That many towns are larger or on par with in NSW and Victoria and Queensland..
