I do wonder how some naturalists can embrace homosexuality while at the same time upholding the tenets of evolution. If we grant that from a evolutionary perspective the greatest good is the survival of the species it would seem that same sex relationships are unfit. That is, such relationships do not have the potential, even, to replicate. In other words the species could not survive if everyone were given to homosexual affections as opposed to heterosexual ones.

That seems so obvious but they actually try to say that rampant homosexuality is a new evolutionary development due to overpopulation of the planet. 🤦🏼‍♀️

@@rebekahguilder602 I actually had a similar response when i presented this argument to an atheist a year or two ago. The problem I see is that it is somewhat of a reification on evolution assuming the nature cares about overpopulation. It's almost as if they are attributing some sort of intentionallity to a mindless process. The irony of course is that it is a rather theistic response given by non theists.

I couldn't imagine being Darwin, the father of such a profoundly impactful false teaching that has mislead millions, standing before the Lord come judgment day. As one who has been called by Christ, I still have a very healthy fear of having to run through my account. How much more terrifying it would be to not be covered by the blood of Christ and be one who deliberately taught many lies....

Darwinism is hell on earth when you're actually intelligently honest with yourself. You realize that apart from God and his beautiful truth, you have nothing, and it's all purposeless and meaningless without God. Presupasitional apologetics is so key because the real issue is people suppressing the truth. So, holding them to consistency is showing them hell for a second and having them be intelligentually honest. That's what happened to me. And it put a real fear of the Lord in my heart and mind.
