Picture this... Being 13 years old, waking up to this song blasting in the back seat of your mom's car, it's jet black outside, traveling home in the middle of the night from Indio, CA through the desert on a two lane, lonesome, dark highway. That's where my mind takes me every time I hear this song. Music is like looking through a photo album for me. Brings back vivid memories. And something about hearing a song while you are sleeping and then waking up to it gives it a dreamy feeling everytime I hear it.

I am not an expert in intellectual property or ideas, but when people, and we all have our flaws, shortcomings, and defects, decide not to agree or work with one another, yeah, conflicts happen, and we endure the consequences of our choices. Always thought that Daryl Hall was such an handsome man. Their music totally seduced me and caught my attention the first time i heard it ... and STILL does the same today in 2023. The 80's will ALWAYS be my childhood, my growth, my healing and my love. 80's STILL ROCKS BABY ❤❤❤🤘🤘🤘

I used to play this song every time I went fishing upstate in Pennsylvania in the fall of 1984. Played it as I went through the Lehigh Tunnel (which became a talisman of sorts) on the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike and then after I had stopped for coffee at the Time Mart in Millville, PA, about 17 miles south of my destination. Every time I hear "Say It Isn't So" I can visualize this video and recall elements of those fishing trips of mine thirty-three years ago.

Always loved this song!! There's just something about the beat melody and the synthesizer fade! Just brings a chilling nostalgia to my body! Interesting to realize Daryl Hall grew up only 45 minutes away from me. And if you look closely, at 5:05 you can eerily still see the old World Trade Center Twin Tower buildings in the background.👍
