A beautiful and talented American actress, who is much underrated in my opinion. I'm autistic as is Daryl and I admire her achievements, although she has openly said that taking part in studio interviews and showbiz events don't come naturally to her, so she often shuns them. I can relate to this as being in a crowd or room full of people is daunting. Chris (UK).

Watch her reaction to Ellen’s comment at 1:04. She’s obviously very alarmed by what Ellen just said. Watch it again. Her eyes go big as saucers and she says “really”? with 100% sincerity. Back in the day people would have said she was putting on an act or was just a dumb/air-headed blonde, but she clearly doesn’t understand. She may be alarmed she’s missed some context in what Ellen said. Sometimes I have to explain irony to my adult daughter with autism because she interprets things very literally♥️
