This is so true! A lot of singers from other countries did a cover of this but they're not even as good but they still managed to get tons of views. It's just so sad. I mean good for them but it would be better if this quality singing and cover are more recognized. Katrina and the Boys are such vocal treasures. I can't even believe that singers with mediocre vocals get to be world famous while the superb ones are underground. I hope this gets recognized one day.

"Khel" actualy came from his name Michael, in the philippines michael is pronounced as My-Kel, he inserted the letter H in ther just to make it sound cool. And BuDaKhel is the combination of their names Bu (Bugoy) Da (Daryl) & Khel ( Michael).

As a huge fan of Daryl Ong, I would like to thank you for doing this. I'd like to share a couple of "Facts" about him. Hope you'll be able to take time to read this. Fact #1: To answer your question whether it was Daryl's idea to produce this beautiful cover, Yes! The vocal harmonies in this cover were arranged by Daryl himself. He also co-produced this track. Each artist was given a chance to showcase their artistry by re-arranging the solo parts but their vocals were still supervised by Daryl since he co-produced the track. Fact #2: Daryl chose the last part not because he was showing off nor he was saving the best for last. Daryl is a smart and wonderful arranger. He chose the last part because it fits his tenor range. Michael and Bugoy are Baritone singers so it wouldn't make sense to give them the last part; the verse parts suit their voices (range) better. Fact #3: Daryl Ong is a professional Filipino/Chinese singer in the Philippines. Fact#4: Before he rose to fame, he was a strong contender in our local singing contests; Pinoy Pop Superstar (2005) and Pinoy Idol (2009). While in 2014, he decided to join The Voice of the Philippines (Season 2). Fact # 5: Before he push through his singing career, he was a cartoonist in ABS-CBN (Philippines' largest media and entertainment group). Daryl was the an animator of the popular Filipino animated series, “Super Inggo at ang Super Tropa”. The animated series was the first 100% Pinoy Filipino animated TV series. Fact# 6: He used to be a member of an R&B Boy Band named "Voices of 5." He was also the vocal arranger of the group. Fact #7: Daryl started out his singing career in 2009, joining a band. Bugoy just loves to sing. He used to go to school and work as a janitor too in the same school. Once while cleaning he was heard singing and was told why don't you join the contest. At that time he joined this music academy contest. If you pass there will be a weekly challenge and at the same time learn from vocal coaches. His audition piece was a Bryan Mcknight song I think. Based on his background and what he did vocal coaches were amaze how he learned to do the techniques. ( the audition is in You Tube) Later on the show Tony Hadley of Spandau Ballet was here in the Philippines and he guested on this show. Bugoy was asked to sing for him and he was amazed as well and asked how old was he the more he was amazed when he found out he was only 18 then. That batch it was Yeng Constantino who won the Grand Finals.
