@@carpathianken, I really fail to see what that has to do with anything but in answer to your comment/question, I would say that because it is what he is riding, it is a scooter with a CVT type drive, they have a centrifugal clutch, the lever on the left side is actually the rear brake lever, the right lever is the front brake as with a motorcycle and they have no foot controls, happy?

@@carpathianken, LMFAO, sorry not upset, I am just very direct, I have been riding bikes for over 25 years of the 45 that I have held drivers and riders licences, I actually ride a 50cc scooter myself at the moment because some moron wrote off my Yamaha XVS-650 'Classic' cruiser by turning in front of me at a set of lights back in February, I am going to get another Yama-Harley as they call them at some point in the future as it was one of the best bikes that I have ever owned but I am in no hurry at this time. It’s rare that I don’t recognise a street or two in or near Bankstown. The people here are some of the most arrogant. The type of people that want to fight you when you put ur hands up as if to say “wtf” with body language after they pull out in front of you and stop in the middle of the road forcing you to brake hard to avoid hitting them. It takes me like 7 minutes to drive home from work, I could send in a clip everyday if I could be bothered. In a couple months I would have enough footage to make a compilation and call it “the entitled arrogant drivers of Bankstown drivers”.

Agree. But given the aggressive lane change and acceleration from the BMW, and the casual move from the ute, I doubt there was time to make that decision. Probably had the indicator on and blind spot checked before the BMW started changing lanes.

I don't think he changed lanes specifically to stop the bmw passing on the left. It looks like he was overtaking the bus as the clip begins, and was probably already in the process of moving back over. The outburst is probably just his way of coping/processing his frustration that he was already moving back over and following the road rules, but the bmw was too impatient and didn't want to slow down. Edit: Just want to add that I totally agree with your statement, I'm just not sure that was DC driver's intention here
