Another great video. Interesting information on how to disconnect the speedo. My 86 El Camino has a trip meter that needs fixing. Plus half the dash takes a few minutes to light up. May be that electronic strip set up. And, I will keep the LED information in mind as the lights on this car are weak. Good Job!

So, I ordered the strip and the LED’s as you suggested and had the trip meter fixed at a speedo shop in Tacoma, WA. Reinstalled everything and the dash lights up so much better and it all works. I never knew I had a brake light bulb. Fasten seat belts does not work but that may be a whole other can of worms

Glad to see you back in the Still Standing garage! Been missing your videos. Did you like the quality of the replacement circuit board? I have an 83 Regal that might need a replacement circuit board, wasn't sure if the modern replacements were worth swapping in or just deal with the non functioning gauge.

Thank you. Yes, I liked it. It didn't feel like it was cheaply made. So far, it's working out well, and all my gauges work. Time will tell how long it lasts, but I'm happy with it. Try getting the number off your circuit board to find the replacement for your Regal.
