*Works like original Anova. Don’t like that the clips isn’t adjustable and makes **MyBest.Kitchen** it really difficult to keep water high enough for it to operate. Larger Anova is worth the extra money if you use it often.*

I enjoyed your video, thanks. But, I have to tell you, for many people it’s very easy to mess up an egg… LOL. Did you notice the unique texture of the egg bite?

Chris Loh got a different version, that’s all. I got mine from an actual retail store in Canada and nowhere does it mention the large dish.

@@lizwendover7703 hmm. Maybe they took the big dish out of the newer ones to reduce cost. I also cook on the metal surface when I’m making a sandwich which fits perfectly on the surface.

Yea. That sucks. A few other people mentioned that they no longer include the large silicon tray.

My hubby loves the egg bites. I can make them ahead and he just warms them up.

Its great for on the go meals. Just make a bunch of them, put them in the fridge and reheat them for snacks.

Good review however I make eggs Benedict a few times a week and it takes me less time to make it in a water bath on the stove than this machine. Ha ha. This is a pass for me but, the donut maker is a hit. GF donuts come turn out much better in a donut maker than baking them in an oven. But that’s a different topic.

I completely agree. It takes longer to make using this device. The upside is you always get perfect rounded bites without the eggs bleeding all over the place and you can make a few at a time. It's one of those devices people get so they can set and forget it and then come back to it without needing to watch it - Kind of like an air fryer. I'll have to try the donut maker.

HI, I just bought the same egg bite maker but I don't get the large silicon mold :-( I wonder if there's different type egg bite machine from this company? Do you know where to buy the large silicon mold ? the little ones are just too small

Another viewer said the same thing. Did you purchase It online? The other viewer also mentioned she was in Canada, so Im not sure if its different in other locations outside of the US. You might also be able to purchase the additional silicon trays from Dash (www.bydash.com) as well, but before doing that I would probably try to call their customer service to see if you can get them to send you one at no cost. Doesn't hurt to ask. Lemme know if that helps!

@@ChrisLoh haha... now I see that... I bought it in target couple days ago in Los Angeles, not Canada. I just looked at the dash website and it said only comes with 4 silicone cups so you're lucky to have the large one.. I really want the large one ( I'm pulling my hair now ... LOL ) my kids love the egg bites, only wish I can make a bigger size

@@kakascosmetics9577 I bought mine from the Amazon store in Texas. I’d give it a try to call their customer service to see if they will send you a large one. The little one’s are nice, but the large one is great for making a sandwich or meal for breakfast rather than snacks.

I think it’s good if you’re getting ready and you prepare your egg bites and you don’t have to watch it on the stove

Yea it does take a little longer then preparing it on the stove. The benefit is you dont have to watch it

We still use ours. It has more than paid for itself. It's great for quick portable breakfasts on the go.

@@JJ-yu6og I have, I use it far more as a mini griddle than egg bites. Grilled cheese or french toast work very well with Texas toast. Bacon for small serving, veggie omelette, meat, mini chicken wontons, etc.

It came with the Egg Bite Maker. I’ve been hearing from other viewers that they have now removed it, so you have to buy it separately directly from the manufacturer.

It actually will, but i probably wouldn't recommend it. a burger tastes better from a grill :)
