Count for what? UK law sees temporary lights and fixed lights exactly the same.

@@andrewboyle1978 lol cops have told me numerous of times they cant really convict on temp they more like a guideline sometimes they dont even change for 15 mins will you wait that long and no1s moving

@@abdulkhan2694 Temporary lights count just the same as permanent ones. I have a video where a driver did the same as this and was dealt with by the Police. I cannot publish the video until the legal process is complete.
