That guy's blood alcohol content was way higher than .082. It was probably doubled that during this time. The police have failed. They let this guy sober up to that number. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave him multiple test before giving the .082 number.

@@TeachUBusiness 5 WHOLE DAYS? Anyone else wouldn't get only 5 days for tearing around with a 2 ton missile and slamming it into someone else even if there were no injury. The worst part is that this is a person who made a terrible choice and they handed him back his keys and basically told him: "Get out there and hook up with those honeys! We got your back!" Most people with the conviction in Ca get jail time (even a first offense) and can get up to 6 months. I guess the "fair" laws are only for "he" and not for "me" (or in my case some of my buddies).

For a misdemeanor and a having a basic lawyer that can read a book this is pretty normal.
