Well that was a sh!t show for you today! I turned UberEats off yesterday because all I was getting was $2 and $3 orders for double-digit miles. Spark and Instacart weren't happening either. I went home after four hours and $58. Time well spent. Not. I'm also glad I'm not the only one who's pulled out of somewhere with their trunk open. 🙄 (Glad to hear the kiddo is progressing. Keeping my fingers crossed for the next test.)

Yeah I always choose substitutions if I order groceries to be delivered. I’ve actually had delivery drivers who have told me it’s much appreciated. I also usually tip 20% so I don’t know who these clowns are who don’t tip. It’s just rude 🙁 PS I’m so glad Aiden is doing better! ❤ I hope you are doing well too ☺️

Hi I like you videos. I have been getting crappy orders this week. 13.00 or 12.00 dollars to go to Providence Rhode Island from cranston. I try to stay away because of traffic & parking issues. Some areas are not in a good area. I went to 28% from 47% on door dash.

I got so fed up with shopping orders on DD that I reported my red card lost so I wouldn’t get them anymore. They were not worth the money, time or hassle. Just got my catering bag so I’m anxious to see if I get any larger orders. Hope your son is doing better and you are hanging in there.

I am in a small town north of you and I do not use delivery services, but this does not appear to be a profitable venture. Who takes the orders that you decline? Lastly, I saw a video that compared the price of a meal with delivery and getting it yourself. Delivery is more than double, so DD is making a killing, but not the drivers.

Yes it's ridiculously expensive to use these services and the people who do this for work have their own reasons why they do it.. myself as uber driver I have had multiple medical problems and when I'm not well I don't work .. a regular job won't allow that , meaty mama had a child with autism so she can have multiple times she has to drop everything and go to him which regular jobs don't allow also.. so understand we all have our own paths to walk the best wecan

DD worked me to death to get 49 dollars on Monday with there low paying offers. I’ve been driving Uber Eats exclusively the rest of the week. I get some cray cray offers but they come back with decent offers. I’ve noticed DD is really trying to lower rate of pay for us drivers. You are so much fun to watch because I can relate! Can you share how you do it- you get no reimbursement for miles until you file income tax and wear and tear on your car when you file income tax and no insurance. I feel for you. Im a caregiver for a agency for 9 years and get 17.60 an hour no money for wear and tear on car cause I get 67 mile . I do get ss. 62 yrs old

I do that every other order or so if i'm schedule because DD kicks me out after a few and then i can't get on. Other times i get kicked out for declining too many. My acceptance rate is 30%. Highest its been in over year. I refuse to take crappy orders to be able to "dash now" or be manipulated with their "perk" gimmicks. Multi apping comes in handy because of this.

Seemed like you were the only driver that day with the million bad orders. So many crazy long miles on some of these orders there is no way you can chase a good acceptance rate it will never make sense. You keep us laughing this job is a test in patience for sure!

I honestly doing mostly rides now in the Bay Area and can guarantee make 200 in 8 hours mostly staying in my area. I do some food orders but most time they just aren't worth my hassle any longer. I haven't seen one decent Instacart order worth doing all wk.

yep this is what I experiences with uber eats, so terrible now 50 bucks what I clear in 8 hr day on saturday....i use to make 144 a saturday 5 hours...I started working 2 to 3 hr friday hit 40 bucks same on saturday night hit about 50 bucks.

DD and UE overhired and pretty much killed the delivery market nationwide. In addition to that, people are tired of paying all the extra fees these apps charge, so it winds up being cheaper to pick up the food yourself. Besides, these apps are not how adults should support themselves.

These apps don’t give a flying F as long as the food is delivered. They wait until the worst possible time to bombard you with a turd storm of trash. Backing into a customer’s driveway in pitch black you’ll receive a hail dozen offers before you get to the door.

@srutpartha If you look at his video history, you will also see that Mooshimoo does things like taking 2 orders from 2 DIFFERENT platforms and does them at the same time, which is risking not being able to find an address, with the OTHER person's order in his car. This causes the other person's food to get cold, which is bad. He has, on many occasions, gone to pick up a Spark order, and if the order was not ready, while he was in the parking lot, he would leave, go pick up a quick Doordash or some food order, while the Walmart employees are looking for him, then he would go Back to Walmart to get the order. Even Walmart threatened him to deactivate him for that...as a matter of fact, I think they did temporarily for that. He, on the other hand could not see anything wrong about what he was doing. Like really???? Giving people cold food...leaving Walmart to get other orders, then going back...all for more money.... There are several people who have said he isn't honest all the time about what he makes as well. I have no clue about that. But just because he may make a little more money, ...all money isn't good money if you are risking getting deactivated. Blessings to you.

If I had no substitutions on my shopping order, I would just scan a similar item and DD would usually accept that option and I could check out. If the customer contacted me after I already left the store, then too bad basically because I'm not waiting around for you to respond to me so I wouldn't even bother contacting the customer. Probably why I still have 2 1-star ratings on my account lmao oh well

The $2 order for wingstop is just what Doordash is paying and no tip order. Hopefully, only paying someone only $2 is for a small order. I ordered Walmart delivery, ordering cooked food is too expensive, the food is 30 to 50% more than in the restaurant, their is a delivery fee and a service charge. When I've ordered food, I always tipped. I guess the apps get a huge profit.
