I drive daily, I mean daily like Sunday to Sunday but when I’m tired I just stay home. My goal is $200 a day and the reason I do this is because if I don’t feel like working, which is odd, I can easily just not go and drive without feeling guilty I didn’t make money😊 I recommend two shifts, 10am- 2 pm then out again from 5 pm to 8:30 or 9 pm. The dinner rush will yield an average of $120 and the lunch about $60-$80. Those 3 hrs of break between 2 and 5 pm really help you reset and refresh.

I feel your frustration. Started with the delivery apps a little after Thanksgiving and was consistently making good money but after the 1st of the year its been a steady decline.

I gave you so much credit for dashing all day long! I can only do it for five maybe six hours at a time before I need to take a couple hours off. I am with others and that be sure to take a break now and then for your mental health! You certainly don’t want to burn out! If it helps, it seems like a lot of people are feeling that sense of exhaustion right now. You are doing an awesome awesome job for your family!! ❤

Your not kidding. I have a full time job and dash on the side and doordash is Exhausting. People who thinks it's a piece of cake think again. It's not like delivering for a resturaunt or pizza place. Trying to accept or decline, trying to figure out the math whether it's worth it, dealing with bad layed out apartments and trying to find the right building etc. I do it max 5 hours and have a headache every time I head home.

I've been feeling the same way. Door Dashing after my main job till 9 pm. I get maybe 5 hours of sleep . Trying to also catch up on my bills due to loss of hours from main job, and then I need to pay off people I borrowed from. Like...it's been very tiring.

I feel that part of being exhausted . I am going to take short term disability leave from my w2 for my mental health . My anxiety and stress is not good . I had to realize I’m not ok … I hope you get a break and take the time you need

Girly there are aarp volunteers they do your taxes for free, I have used them for years and never been disappointed not even once, the only downside you’ll have to be at one of their locations early and wait in line because a lot of people use their services, I know taxes deadline is over but it is really nice to know you have other options in the future,

Gotta take care of yourself to hun. If you burn out then everyone suffers. At least once a week if you can, take some time for you. Even if just for a few hours. My kids are grown and gone out on their own. But I go go all the time taking care of my fur babies and my boyfriend and my 9 to 5 and the house and gig work on the weekends. I have to make myself take a break.

I'm hoping when your taxes are done, it will ease some of your stress, because stress can definitely add to exhaustion in a big way, and I can't believe that tax person did that to you. What a jerk!! I know it is hard not getting for a day off. But, you need it. If you get sick you probably lose more than 8 or 10 hours of pay. Think about your kids if you end up in the hospital.

I do it on bike/ebike to stay in shape. Car will make you lazy AF. I goto same Hotspot with 12:restaurants and sit at Starbucks or Panera and camp fir orders. $200-$300 a day on Ebike. Plus it keeps you stress free and in shape
