This genius we call Angelina Jordan How is it possible that all of the greatest vocalists in my lifetime to date can be combined into one being that is so unique, and that this person has the support, and resources of her family to promote her genius? We then have to consider the vehicle to carry AJ to us, the internet, the chances that all of these variables would be combined are one in several billion. As for the new song, "Love Don't Let Me Go", I have now played it 65 times, and AJ's signature, storytelling vocals are hypnotizing. As of May 15, 2023: In 10 days the video "Love Don't Let Me Go" video has been viewed 617 thousand times, that is 61.7 thousand a day, not counting reactors and their viewers. Suspicious Minds took 10 months to get to 4.1 million views, that is 13,500 per day. Things are moving fast for AJ, and it is only going to get better. With the 4 inch heals AJ has on at the start of the video she would be standing 6 feet 5 inches tall, she is 6-foot 1 inch barefooted. AJ wrote this tune, I wonder who the co-writers were, Lana Del Raye, or Redone, or Stargate out of Norway? Co-writers are listed on the streaming services: MTHR (Karl Ivert & Kian Sang - Swedish) They are also the producers.

Angelina, and her family, have lived in LA for a few years now. She graduates from a high school there, at her mums insistence, later this year. She is releasing an album of self-written songs later this month, so she is all ready to become the full-time recording/performing artist with Republic records and fulfill her dreams.

Angelina and her family moved to the LA area by 2020 where she has been doing her schoolwork while getting to know many in the music industry. While other 17 year old female musical artists either sexualize themselves or try to take advantage of the latest trend, Angelina choses to have her grandmother, Mery Zamani, in the video. I have no doubt, Angelina will always remind us of what is most important, family and LOVE and "Love Don't Let Me Go" fits right into that concept. Angelina says to spread LOVE and I remind everyone to hug your loved ones often.

Great, wasn't it? That was grandma in the car. As you know they are inseparable. Very catchy and it's catching the attention of the younger crowd. Angelina is 6'0" barefoot and with shoes on and her hair she stands about 7'0" tall !!!!! Angelina talking straight to Love. The lyrics touched a very sensitive complication in life we really don't have the answer to.

Yes, that was her grandmother Mery. Angelina’s family moved to LA when she was twelve, and they have been there ever since. They do go back to Norway frequently, though. She performed 4 concerts there last summer.

According to Angelina, all the music on her new album will be written by her, or one of the group just for her. Could it be Redone who co-wrote with Lady Gaga, or Lana Del Raye? 1957 Porsche Speedster 356 in tan with black interior and the Red Guitar, is a Hagstrom 67 Viking 'II Wild Cherry Transparent, this is the same type of guitar Elvis used in the 68 comeback concerts, this guitar belongs to Rob Christie, AJ’s A&R rep at Republic/Universal Music Group..

Great reaction. Actually I don’t really think she sounds a lot like Any Winehouse in this song. Angelina has her own sound which has been influenced by many artists she has admired over the years, mixed with her own natural abilities. Her biggest early influence was always Billie Holiday. Regarding her look, it is more in keeping with the style of the 60s and not necessarily Amy Winehouse. Amy was probably influenced by the same era and style. Angelina had said awhile back that her new album would have a retro 60s vibe and that’s what we get in the song, the video and her style.
