哇！ 這間是我家附近的 花生糖店欸！！！ 這間店的分工的有趣 他們看起來是一家人 爸爸負責從桶子舀麥芽糖 在工作檯上面揉 爸爸在揉麥芽糖的時候 其他人就去休息 揉好之後換其他人出來 爸爸進去休息 弟弟負責切跟把花生糖 裝到塑膠盒裡面 最小的妹妹負責把塑膠盒 用橡皮筋綁起來 再裝到黃色塑膠袋裡面 哥哥負責招呼客人 這家在假日常常大排長龍 通常都要排10分鐘以上～

I don’t think I’d care for the taste of these, but the texture looks amazing and it looks like a pretty relaxing job to have playing with “dough” all day. Unless of course it is burning their hands, but I suspect that’s part of why they let it sit for a few minutes and then cover it before touching it.

Yep and it's an older invention, too, though I can't say for certain how old. I just saw a smaller version this year in an episode of a black and white TV show from the 50s, so it's been around since at least then. I didn't think they still made them anymore!

はっきりに見えてないんですが、蚊とか蠅とかを追い払うために、よく屋台の上にそれを置いてあるんですよ。 扇風機みたいなやつかな？でも風を出さないよう、羽根の部分を糸で入れ替わってる、じゃないと粉のような飛びやすいものは吹き飛ばされてしまうから。

桃園老街一開始做的不是這家。 但是現在那間店搬到了老街周圍的巷子內，生意就沒有當時在老街裡的好了。 然後桃園老街這間店就變成賣最好的店家。

這家花生糖當天現做，香濃好吃新鮮無油蒿味，呷料ㄟ唰嘴，以前買過幾次，有一次因爲要排隊，看著店家邊製作，邊跟客人閒聊，就這樣全程不知噴了多少口水，看到最後覺得噁心食慾全無，根本口水麥牙糖，製作食物標配帶上口罩和手套，會讓人吃的開心吃的安心。
