As a pilot who have flown both Dassault Falcons and G600 jets, hands down Falcon 10X. Falcon jets all have delightfully light and crisp controls that feels like flying fighter jets, which shouldn’t surprise anyone as Dassault borrowed heavily from their fighter technology that they developed when they built Mirage and Rafale fighter jets. Gulfstream jets on the other hand handles like a big truck, and their controls are very stiff. However, I do like the Avionics system in the G700 doing away with most switches and moving everything to touch screens. For passengers, they are both very close in comfort but 10X has quieter cabin.

It’s FBW with side sticks. There are no regular controls that can be “stiff”. Sounds like a made up story.

If you’ve flown the G600 like you claim, You’d know the side stick is very sensitive, nothing stiff at all. No doubt the Falcon will fly nice when/if it does (remember the 5x) but the G700 is ready now with proven technology. No doubt the G700 will have fewer mechanical issues and be more reliable.

@@wadesaxton6079 right. He didn’t fly the G600. Neither have I, I flew the G4, which flew like a truck. I also flew the G5/550, which was a huge improvement. And I’ve heard the G650 (with FBW but with yoke) was very light on the controls. But the G600 is a side stick, which is a totally different thing than a yoke and definitely won’t make an airplane fly like a truck, as he claims. By the way, I agree, the G700 will have a much better dispatch rate. And other thing typical of Gulfstream is that they are always conservative with their numbers. So the airplane can actually make the range and speed in real life, whereas Dassault and Bombardier aircraft usually can’t do what is advertised.

Both private jets look absolutely extraordinary. As for the exterior, I prefer Dassault Falcon 10X. I like its design a lot. When it comes to the interior, I must say that Gulfstream G700 looks more spacious and luxurious inside.

The global 7500 should have been in that comparison. It is outselling the Falcon and very close to the Gulfstream. Still these planes are masterpieces for wealthy individuals that don't care about ordinary people. They don't seem to understand that they built by them. Greed has made them cold-hearted.

The Dassault Falcon 10X is said to have a minimum take off distance of under 6,000 feet. In comparison, the G700 has a minimum take off distance of 6,250 feet.
