Review of some 27 resumes for a position of data analyst conducted by Dhaval Patel (codebasics youtube channel) and Utsav Mehta, an experienced data analyst. A couple of weeks back I requested you to send me your resume if you are interested in me reviewing it. I received many resumes out of which I picked the first few and did an online review session along with Utsav.

very very useful video. I have 11 yrs experience . Now time changes . 8 pages to 1 page CV . HR's not in a position to read 2nd page . Everything should be clubbed in single page . How tough it is .Just started my resume editing. Thanks for the useful information.

Hi Dhaval , hi Utsav . My doubt is. If you worked two to three projects on bigdata domain. Is it necessary to provide what are the major tools we used in that particular project. If it , than we need to add under three projects about tools . Or whole tools and skill cumulative is enough. Hoping for reply 👍

-Can we have tables with borders hidden to make texts into 3 cloumn (unequal size, else would have used columns in layout). - Hyperlinks are lengthy assume Kaggle, Github, LinkedIn would take lot of space & look cluttered. i just came to watch this video after almost 2 years and everthing you told about my resume was absoltely true !! inshort my resume was not at all upto mark as me being a fresher but now i understand the points that needs to be mentioned. after gaining the IT experience, i really understand the domain skills/projects and domain knowledge is what really matters !! no need of 10th,12th marks and all !!! utsav resume really helped me to get a job at IT company and also even interview candidates.. thanks for the help !!

Dude why fake accent though...bich bich me aapka desi accent mix ho raha tha speak normal english only why to overdo. And very imp point is the resume format that you are rejecting are from some of the best resume builder out there. You have just take one resume as a standard. And there is no harm in mentioning your interests. Have you ever come across the most used resume format considered as standard in the US? I dont think so.
